Supplemental Security Income (SSI) overpayment determination
Life has been difficult and unpleasant for my wife and I. Often enough not having enough money to make ends meet; while having to face, hardship and distress. No one has the right to disrespect and antagonize the shock and disgust we have lived, live and foresee. On June 15, 1986, at the age of twenty-seven (27), according to the rules of the Social Security Administration, I was declared disabled. On March 1, 2007, at the age of thirty-nine (39) my wife, according to the rules of the Social Security Administration, was declared disabled. I am now sixty-five (65) years old and my wife is fifty-six (56). I write, deeply concerned, about the actions of the Social Security Administration field office here in Anderson South Carolina (4 Civic Center Boulevard Extension, Anderson South Carolina 29625). They have reduced my wife's and my Supplemental Security Income (SSI) check amount for 2024 from $332.50 (each) to $11.68 (each). I only receive $770 in Disability Insurance (SSDI) and
