A Blog not used for personal commentary or business content and with no Google AdSense revenue (not monetizable). A Blog  unrelated to a YouTube Social Media Vlog channel.


A YouTube Social Media Vlog channel content creator receives a percent of the Google ad revenue advertisers paid Google by:

  • For advertisements placed BY GOOGLE LLC on YouTube channel content creator: (a) Content Watch Pages; or (b) in conjunction with the playback of Content within the YouTube Video Player.


Although certain royalties are earned income per Program Operations Manual System (POMS) SI 00820.450 Royalties and Honoraria CITATIONS: Social Security Act – Section 1612(a)(1)(D); Regulations, 20 CFR 416.1110(e), 20 CFR 416.1111(e). Certain Royalties that include compensation paid to the owner for the use of property, usually copyrighted material or as part of a trade or business or received by an individual in connection with any publication of their work (e.g., publication of a manuscript, magazine article, or artwork). Royalty payments are a percent of Google AdSence AdRevenue paid to YouTube Partner Program members.

YouTube Partner Program compensation when it is not for the use of property, copyrighted material and is not earned or received as part of a trade or business or received in connection with any publication (e.g., publication of a manuscript, magazine article, or artwork) does not merit a Social Security Supplemental Security Income (SSI) overpayment determination given payments are a percent of Google’s AdSense Ad Revenue

Social Security Administration Anderson South Carolina Field Office in err resoned YouTube royalty payments (YouTube Partner Program compensation) is for the use of property, copyrighted material and are earned and received as part of a trade and is a business and is received in connection with a publication; a Blog that does not generate ANY GOOGLE PAYMENTS.

*YouTube Royalty Payments, YouTube Partner Program compensation, is:

  • Not indenture binding.
  • Google reserves the right to terminate YouTube Partner Program membership with no arbitration while reserving the right to place advertisements on YouTube channel content creator: (a) Content Watch Pages; or (b) in conjunction with the playback of Content within the YouTube Video Player.
