XXVI Holdings Inc 

XXVI Holdings Inc (EIN: 82-2182297; 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043) is a Google LLC subsidiary that runs the Google LLC AdSense revenue program. AdSense is a program through which Google LLC receives ad revenue by targeting advertisements on website content.

·         A YouTube channel content creator receives a percentage share of the Google ad revenue advertisers paid Google LLC by applying and being accepted into the YouTube Partner Program (YPP);

·         A YouTube channel content creator must reach 1,000 subscribers with 4,000 valid public watch hours to become a member of the YouTube Partner Program (YPP);

·         At year end, XXVI Holdings Inc declares as a Royalty, in ‘Form 1099-MISC’, the total percentage share Google LLC paid the YouTube channel content creator for advertisements placed on YouTube channel content creator: (a) Content Watch Pages; or (b) in conjunction with the playback of Content within the YouTube Video Player..

When Google LLC pays the YouTube channel content creator for advertisements placed on YouTube channel content creator: (a) Content Watch Pages; or (b) in conjunction with the playback of Content within the YouTube Video Player and not because of:

  • The use of property, 
  • Copyrighted material, and or are 
  • Earned and received as part of a trade and it's not a business and is not
  • Received in connection with a publication. 
 
Then, the percentage share of Google LLC AdSence AdRevenue is a countable resource not earned or unearned and subject to resource counting rules.

Office of Hearings Operations (OHO, formerly ODAR or OHA) On August 8, 2017, Acting Commissioner Nancy A.
